About Course

Mandatory training course for all security personnel on how to use the SOS Guard App. This course covers how to log in and clock in for your shift (selfie and signature), how to navigate the app dashboard, and how to process visitors through the VMS Guardhouse module — searching residents, scanning QR codes, entering PIN codes, and using Services Fast Pass (Food Delivery, Fire Rescue, Police Patrol, and more). Guards must complete the quiz at the end to confirm they can operate the app correctly.

Topic 1: Getting Started — Login & Clock-In
This topic covers the first steps every guard must complete at the start of a shift: logging into the SOS Guard App and clocking in with a selfie and signature.
